Affiliate Terms

Accurate promotion

Affiliates must describe the product, pricing, license and delivery accurately. Promotions must comply with ClickBank rules, advertising laws and required disclosures.

Prohibited conduct

• No guaranteed-income, guaranteed-client or misleading performance claims.
• No impersonation of Ready Client Sites or ClickBank.
• No spam, deceptive redirects, forced clicks, trademark misuse or unauthorized coupon claims.
• No redistribution of product files, portal access or source packages.

Brand and content

Approved promotional materials may be used only to promote Ready Client Sites through a valid HopLink. Brand assets may not be altered in a way that creates misleading claims or confusion.

Enforcement

Violations may result in removal from the affiliate program, withholding or reversal of commissions where permitted, and reporting to ClickBank.
