Support coverage
Ready Client Sites is a self-install digital product. Support covers purchase verification, member access, missing or corrupted downloads and clarification of the included documentation.
Hosting, domain registration, installation, customization, content replacement, deployment and ongoing website management are not included. We cannot log in to your hosting account or install a website for you.
Before contacting us
- Use the same email address used for your purchase.
- Include your ClickBank receipt number, but never send card or bank details.
- For a download problem, include the website package name and a screenshot of the error.
Response time
Product-support messages are normally answered within one business day. Billing, refunds and unknown charges are handled through ClickBank Order Support.
